The fire has run the attic of the structure (updated to poured in place concrete 100' x 300' L shaped strip mall). Urban Search and Rescue task force has assessed the building and does not see any signs of structural compromise. Over 190 FF assigned to this Major Emergency incident. No injuries reported. S Central Ave remains closed (for indefinite period) during this extended operation. Best to avoid S Central Av from E 8th to E Olympic.
