Update Structure Fire; INC#0465; 09:55AM; 4760 W Melrose Av; ; East Hollywood; KNOCKDOWN: 81 FF in 1hr 22 mins. After an initial offensive attack and finding fire on both floors and through the roof, the structural integrity of the building was compromised and the incident transitioned to a defensive operation. Firefighters used hand lines from the exterior and adjacent roof in addition to ladder pipes to fully extinguish the fire. LAFD Arson is on scene for the investigation.
