Update Structure Fire; INC#1225; 05:28PM; 401 E 12th St; ; Downtown; Firefighters located one unit with a small fire contained to clothing (possible textiles business) and contained by sprinklers/usage of a dry chemical extinguisher (prior to LAFD arrival). There is no extension beyond the fire unit. The fire is now out and the operation will transition to overhaul and water removal. No injuries reported.
