Closures include the 1, 2, and 3 lanes of the NB 5; the 3, 4, and 5 lanes of the SB 5; all SB 5 truck lanes; and Balboa Blvd between Foothill and Old Road. Firefighters are employing Class B firefighting foam and attempting to save autos which are not yet involved with fire. The tractor-trailer driver has been confirmed uninjured.
