Update Traffic Collision; INC#1033; 04:10PM; 369 N Fairfax Av; ; #BeverlyGrove; Man attempting to parallel park vehicle near (unidentified) restaurant drove his vehicle onto curb, allegedly striking (grazing?) two pedestrians, who were examined and released at scene. Contrary to the preliminary report (from 9-1-1 callers), the vehicle did NOT strike the building or enter any business.
