Update Water Rescue; 03:45PM; Pacific Coast Highway x Pine Creek Lane; internal:/; Wilmington; First Swift Water Rescue team is on scene with boat, another is enroute. One victim is being walked out by firefighters but they are unable to reach additional victims without the boat. Undetermined number (3 right now) due to lack of visibility through the dense vegetation. The area is estimated at 300' x 300'.
