Update Water Rescue; INC#0431; 10:05PM; 3501 E Valley Bl; ; Lincoln Heights; LAFD firefighter-paramedics rescued the adult male from the water, prior to LAPD divers arriving, and after performing extensive resuscitation measures on scene and consulting with a Base Hospital physician by phone, the patient was beyond medical help.
