[Updated] Structure Fire - Now Out; INC#1329; 05:32PM; 3450 S Sawtelle Bl; ; #MarVista; Three-story apartment building with an explosion (possibly due a handheld paint sprayer) reported prior to fire department arrival. Fire was confined to the unit of origin and extinguished immediately -- firefighters rescued one patient (male -- unknown age/condition). HazMat specialists, LAFD Arson, and the Department of Building and Safety have been requested on scene.
