Wires Down; INC#0951; 02:05PM; 1086 N St Andrews Pl; ; #Hollywood; Scaffolding (approximately 4 - 5 stories tall) has been swept outward from the building by wind, and now rests on wires on the north side of Santa Monica Blvd. LAFD Urban Search and Rescue (USAR) specialists are on scene assessing the situation. Firefighters are keeping pedestrians and motorists out of the area due to the unstable (but thankfully unoccupied) scaffolding. MOTORISTS: Please avoid the area.
