The second Saturday of each May is designated as 鈥淔ire Service Day鈥 in the City of Los Angeles - a citywide open firehouse celebration, when we plan and prepare for your visit to .
This year, our theme is "Celebrating Community Resilience", with a focus on strengthening the connections that benefit our entire community in times of crisis.
We're excited to have you visit on Saturday, May 11, to meet your LAFD team firsthand, and see the tools and training you have helped provide. More importantly, we're eager to understand your concerns regarding life safety and emergency response - and help you establish a for .
While ** will be welcoming your visit between 10 AM and 4 PM on Saturday, May 11, 2024, the following Focal Sites will also offer special LAFD displays and demonstrations, as well as introduce this year's four Honorary Fire Chiefs:

**NOTE: Because Fire Stations 51, 80 and 114 are located on secure airport grounds, they regretfully cannot be open to the public.
