Structure Fire - Significant Civilian Injury 03/27/2025 INC#0683

Structure Fire - Significant Civilian Injury; INC#0683; 11:14AM; 10425 N Hillview Av; ; Chatsworth; Firefighters arrived to a one-story single family dwelling with nothing showing. Crews initiated a fire attack and found smoke coming from one room. While extinguishing the contents-only fire (in one room), firefighters located a patient and carried them out of the building. The patient (age/gender unknown) is in *at least* critical condition. LAFD Arson requested for the investigation per protocol for significant injury. KNOCKDOWN Structure Fire; INC#0562; 10:21AM; 647 E 50th St; ; South Park; KNOCKDOWN: 38 firefighters extinguished the fire (from 1st floor up to the attic) in 37 minutes with no injuries reported. Crews defended any exposed buildings from damage. All occupants safely exited the structure prior to LAFD arrival.
